Our hoverboards, hoverboard scooters & smart hoverboards are available with solid construction & high quality components.

We proud of the quality of the scooters that we sell and fewer than 1% of hoverboard scooters that we shipped were subject to any quality issue.

All purchases from are eligible for refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

  1. If you are experiencing quality issues, please contact our customer service at the very first time and we will be back to you within 24 hours.
  2. We may require your order number,PO. info.and some detail photos to proof & confirm the quality issue before we come to a solution.
  3. Our target is to make our customers shop happy. If the issue can be easily fixed by proper installing or just replace an accessory,we will confirmed with you on detail.
  4. Any returns must be discussed and authorized by our customer service in advance.We will back to you with the very detail of return instruction and return address info. after our customers service authorized your return application.
  5. We required tractable shipping service if you return your order and the return shipping fees will be paid by customer without compensated.

After your return request had been confirmed and authorized, we need you to ship out the package with 24 hours and send us the tractable tracking number of the package.

Once we receive of your return package & product, we will send you email to notify you at the first time, we will notify you and informed you the approval or rejection of your refund detail.
